Microplate Readers Assays for Stem Cell Protein Markers The Milliplex® MAP human stem cell pluripotency magnetic bead kits enable the analysis of many diferent pluripotency biomarkers in a single measurement. The kits examine protein biomarkers that indicate the potency of stem cells, enabling pluripotent stem cells to be distinguished from multipotent or diferentiating cells. Kits can be used on cultures of induced pluripotent stem cells, human embryonic stem cells, and cancer stem cells or cell lines. These multiplexed protein biomarker assays are based on the Luminex® xMAP® platform. The EZ Read microplate reader range can make experimental workfows simpler and more efective. The EZ Read 800 provides the same reliability and fexibility as the EZ Read 400, but is faster for high-throughput labs. The EZ Read LED also provides measurements of ELISAs but uses LEDs for reduced energy consumption and reduced maintenance. The EZ Read 2000 enables users to choose any wavelength from 340 to 800 nm. Users can flter experimental datasets by chemical structure and pinpoint structural features and scafolds in the output from their medicinal and combinatorial chemistry programs. The technology enables users to mine their chemical databases to identify compounds that have similar chemical structures. Lead Discovery 5.1 can also automatically analyze and display R-groups or substituent variations on similar chemical scafolds.
