New Products Single-Cell Encapsulation System The µEncapsulator system is a high-throughput platform designed specifically to meet the needs of research biologists, offering simple, straightforward encapsulation of single cells, DNA and/or function- alized beads in high precision, identically sized picoliter droplets. This user-friendly system is ideal for characterization of natively paired T-cell receptors (TCRs), isolation of monoclonal antibody (mAb) coding sequences from blood samples, droplet generation for FACS-sorting libraries, and encapsulation of cells in gel microbeads. Dolomite Bio Custom CRISPR Libraries These six new CRISPR library products can be tailored to an investigator's list of genomic tar- gets using any delivery method. Each product addresses a particu- lar experimental application of the genome-editing technology: • Disrupt Libraries can be used to functionally knock out genes to reveal novel druggable targets and essential pathways • Tile Libraries saturate coding and non-coding regions to reveal genotype-phenotype relationships • SNP-In Libraries allow high-throughput insertion and deletion knockins across the genome • Interfere Libraries silence target gene expression with CRISPRi • Activate Libraries allow over-expression of target genes with CRISPRa • Predict Libraries provide a unique scoring algorithm optimized for teams working on spe- cific model cell lines or organisms, enabling other libraries to be designed more effectively Once the company receives a customer's list of targets along with their experimental intent, they design the library using its proprietary AI and suite of bioinformatics pipelines. Once the designs are complete, the company manufactures the library in a variety of ready-to-use formats including plasmids, RNA, ribonucleoproteins, or as lentivirus—in either pooled or arrayed format. Desktop Genetics QC Regulatory Compliance Software The MODA-EM™ Version 3.3 software enables microbiology QC laboratories to comply with new regulatory guidelines. The new version de- livers improved workflow with better analytics and reporting than ever before. Complete with a streamlined implementation and a risk-based validation solution, this software is the paper- less solution for QC laboratories. The new soft- ware has been designed to meet end-user re- quirements and features enhanced scheduling and calendar capabilities for simplified sample management. Scientists in QC laboratories are also supported with a validation documentation package that meets current industry standards and regula- tory requirements, with execution and pre-validated service options available. Lonza Multiplex PCR VHS Test for Genital Lesions The PlexPCR® VHS multiplex qPCR test offers a single-well solution to cover the detection and differentiation of the main causes of genital and oral lesions: herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2 (HSV-1, HSV- 2), Treponema pallidum (syphilis), and varicella zoster virus (VZV). Validated for use on multiple lesion specimen types, the test is designed to streamline workflows and support rapid, appropriate clinical management of infections with similar symptoms. The SpeeDx portfolio is based on advanced multiplex technology, and the PlexPCR VHS test is the latest to gain CE-IVD mark, supplementing the company's range of market-leading infectious disease and antibiotic resistance detection tests. SpeeDx 3-Lens UVXPO Crystallization Plate The 3-Lens UVXPO Crystallization Plate is made from a new polymer mixture which allows crystals to be viewed in UV, polar, and visible light. Fluo- rescence is reduced by 75% in comparison to the company's stan- dard UVP plates. This decrease in fluores- cence results in a sig- nificant improvement when UV imaging crystals. The 288 optical wells offer three times the number of experimental constructions and provide a unique security of growing crystals. Raised wide micro-numbered conical wells make the crystal viewing, retrieval, and drop replacement especially easy. Swissci Universal Lateral Flow Assay Kit The Innova Biosciences Universal Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) kit, provides for the easy, quick development of customized sandwich lateral flow assays. This enables re- searchers to rapidly progress the R&D of their point-of- care (POC) diagnostic tools thereby providing physi- cians with faster access to POC testing for rapid early detection of disease. The kit utilizes the company's antibody-labeling technologies Lightning-Link® and InnovaCoat® Gold and enables customers to create LFA reagents with only a few minutes of hands-on time, without the need to spray down capture antibodies on the test strip, a labor-intensive process that consumes large amounts of expensive antibody reagent.
