GST-PI3K-SH2HA (37kDa) was expressed in E. coli and purifed with varying volumes of Thermo Scientifc™ Anti-HA Magnetic Beads (Product # 88836). Resulting samples were prepared for SDS-PAGE and electrophoresed. Membranes were probed with anti-HA antibody followed by anti-mouse HRP. The blots were incubated in Thermo Scientifc™ SuperSignal™ West Femto Substrate (Product # 34096). The resulting blots were simultaneously imaged using the Thermo Scientifc™ MYECL™ Imager (Product # 62236), and then band densitometry was determined using Thermo Scientifc™ ™ MYImageAnalysis Software (Product # 62237).
